Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, Distance Selling, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to me or your original postage cost. Refund will be paid within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. As a small sole trader it is very damaging and costly for my business to have returns based on change of mind. May I therefore please ask you respectfully to consider carefully whether you really want to buy the item in question. If you do wish to return it please contact me within 14 days of receipt so I am aware rather than simply returning the item(s). Items must be returned unused in resellable condition with all tags in place and with their giftbags or boxes supplied. If tags are missing and an item appears to have been used prior to return a restocking charge of between 20-50% will apply, depending on the condition of the item. Please note bespoke and customised items are excluded from return unless faulty, as are perishables and earrings for hygiene reasons.

If your product is faulty return postage costs will of course be refunded on top of your original purchase price and P&P where this is necessary. In the rare event that an item is faulty a photo of the fault is usually sufficient without the need for return. Please contact me in the first instance if there is a problem and I will try and resolve as best I can. I want happy customers.
