Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your seller dashboard. Your shop will remain live until the end of the paid billing period then it will be closed and your products will be deleted from our servers.
✹ Who can sell here?
Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to sell their work on SHOP N.O.A. you don’t need to have an established business. In fact, this website can provide the perfect platform for artists and makers to try online selling if they haven’t before.
✹ Why do sellers have to apply for a shop?
We don’t allow sellers to open a shop without admin approval. This is a safety measure which prevents prohibited products being listed on this website.
✹ What can I sell?
Products which you have made or designed or upcycled can be listed for sale on SHOP N.O.A. We also have the ‘Flea Market’ category for vintage items and a category for maker’s materials. There is a list of prohibited products here.
✹ How many products can I add?
Depending on the membership tier you choose this can be from 10 to unlimited
✹ Is it easy to list products?
Listing products is a simple process of filling in forms. Once you’re logged in you can access written guides and step by step videos in our ‘Setting up Your Shop’ section.
✹ Can I add product variations?
Yes. You can also add custom product attributes if you need to.
✹ Do you provide any tech support?
Yes. You can email us using the contact form on the website and we will respond within 24-48 hrs. You can also request a free call from our tech support team as we’ve found that this is often the quickest and easiest way to resolve issues.
✹ Do I get charged a commission on sales?
No. We don’t take any commission from sellers or charge listing fees. Sellers can pay us a monthly subscription for their store, then Stripe charges a transaction fee of 20p + 1.5% on sales.
✹ How do I get paid when I make a sale?
When a customer buys something from your shop the payment goes directly into your Stripe account using Stripe Connect. Your money is not paid into, or held, in NOT ON AMAZON’s accounts at any time.
✹ Can I use Paypal?
No, all SHOP N.O.A. payments are processed using Stripe.
✹ Is this site secure?
Yes. The “s” that you see in “https” at the start of this website’s URL shows that this site has a valid SSL License. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and it’s a security protocol that provides privacy, authentication, and integrity to Internet communications.
