Elephant large satchel 🐘
These bags are upcycled like all of our others, but they have an extra special element to them in that they are unique pieces of artwork.
The picture is painted on by Fosta, using vegan fabric paints. This is then heat cured using an iron. Once it’s ready, Corinne makes it into a satchel!
These bags are a complete one off!
They measure approximately 33cm (w) x 32cm (h) and the strap is adjustable so they can be worn cross body or on one shoulder.
Most parts of the bags are upcycled, but things that have to be purchased (eg. the strap) are all natural materials.
These bags are super strong and have been triple sewn using polyester thread that has been made from discarded plastic bottles.
This bag is made to order, and can only be ordered in black denim for the outside, and the lining and pocket will be chosen by us unless you have a preference for a particular colour/style. There is a section to tell us this when ordering but please remember we work with upcycled fabrics, so may not be able to use the exact fabric you want, especially if it is very specific. But we’ll do our best and will contact you before making to check you are happy!
Please note: These bags are unique and your bag will be hand painted. it will have slight differences to the pictures. If there is anything different you would like (eg different positioning of the elephant etc) please let us know in the comments when ordering.
The bag can be washed on a cool wash.
Currently the timescale for making and sending out an original artwork bag is 2 – 3 weeks. if you are in a rush please get in touch and we will let you know if we can make it quicker 🙂
Corinne and Fosta are both vegan, and care deeply about the planet and its inhabitants. Both had a long career in social care, before changing things up and starting the business full time in 2020. Corinne is also studying part time for a masters in Marine and Coastal Resource Management, and hopes to help reverse some of the effects that humans have caused to the oceans.
Sparrow is our little rescue jack russel. She is pretty grumpy, but is integral to the general overseeing of the work we do at The Tipsy Badger.

Delivery Charges We use Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded to deliver to the UK. Delivery is a flat rate of £3.95, or free with a spend of over £50. Cards have a 95p delivery charge. Delivery Items in stock will be sent within 3 days. Orders to be made will have differing timescales, please check individual descriptions. For custom orders, a time scale will be agreed on request.
