Description
Drops earrings, i love the purity of this design, because i love glass. And this is a celebration of glass, a drop of pure colour, held by non-tarnishing silverwire
A timeless design.
The earring is approx 35 mm long (drop is approx 20mm long, the hook 15 mm).
I love the transparency of glass, and the way it catches and bends the light. This passion shows in this bracelet, each bead catches the light a little differently, making many colours to be found. Indoors, outdoors, in the sun or in the lamplight, colours keep changing and are hard to catch in a photo or words.
All the lampwork beads in my shop are lovingly made by me, Ester, in my home, in a little village in Holland.
They are all annealed in my digitally controlled kiln to give them strength and durability. (But, be careful, although they are strong, they are made of glass and can still break!)
After annealing i clean them one-by-one with my dremel and patience 😉
Upon purchasing, you will receive the exact beads/jewelry/guardian angel/figurine as seen on the pictures, because when i remake a piece, i also remake the pics.
Please note that I do take care to ensure my photos represent the actual colours but due to the number of devices and screens used to view them, some slight differences may occur.
Nothing makes me more happy and proud to hear you enjoy my work and are happy to wear it.
Please contact me if you have any questions or needs, i will do my best to accommodate you.
Hello and thank you for visiting!
In the early spring of 2017 i got the glass-bug and now i can’t stop melting glass and get mesmerised over it’s beautiful transparacy and colours. The way it breaks the light…..yes i am hypnotised by glass!
In my shop you will find my beads and the jewelry i make around them. My favorite material is glass, followed by leather, silver and copper.
