Description

These beads have a core of three different glasses. After encasing these in a crystal clear glass, i have added an intricate decoration of dots and lines.
Together with a silver bead, they make a pair of delicate and uncomplicated earrings.

I make these earrings on order, your beads will be very similar.
All metal used is sterling silver .925.

I love the transparency of glass, and the way it catches and bends the light. This passion shows in this bracelet, each bead catches the light a little differently, making many colours to be found. Indoors, outdoors, in the sun or in the lamplight, colours keep changing and are hard to catch in a photo or words.

All the lampwork beads in my shop are lovingly made by me, Ester, in my home, in a little village in Holland.
They are all annealed in my digitally controlled kiln to give them strength and durability. (But, be careful, although they are strong, they are made of glass and can still break!)
After annealing i clean them one-by-one with my dremel and patience 😉
